1. Notification and Return Time Frame

  • Customers must inform our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product if they wish to return it. 
  • The item must be returned within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Condition of Returned Items

  • All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • A mandatory opening video without cut or edit from the start of opening the outer cover showing the condition of the item upon arrival is required for validation.

3. Return Process

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged items or incorrect items
  • No returns for size and colour issues
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through whatsapp.
  • In case of return, the product replacement will be initiated and shipped within 2-7 business days after returned product received to us.

4. Refunds

  • We offer refunds only incase we are not able to process your order.
  • In case of refund the refund will be initiated and credited within 7-15 business days after receiving the product to us.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement.
  • Under very rare circumstances, the earring stems may be bent and beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things can be easily fixed with glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.

6. Shipping Costs

For all returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

7. Replacement shipping

Once we have received and inspected the returned item replacement item will be shipped based on the availability

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for returning the item safely in the same packaging with all the cushions and protective materials.

Kindly make sure you are aware of the product details before you place an order. Once the product is received by you in good condition, return or exchange because of your personal liking towards the product or non-suitability of the product on yourself will not be entertained.
